摘  要:低碳施工作为建筑领域低碳化的实现手段,对确保“2030年实现碳达峰,2060年实现碳中和”的宏伟目标具有意义。建筑施工中钻孔灌注桩以其良好的承载能力被大量使用,但常用的泥浆护壁成孔工艺,会造成大量废弃泥浆。泥浆处理过程不仅污染环境,还造成大量能源消耗,增加施工过程碳排放量。结合地层情况应用长钢护筒干成孔施工技术,经过综合评价发现此工法在节能减排方面优势明显。Low carbon construction,as a means to achieve low carbon in the construction field,is of great significance to ensure the grand goal of"achieving carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutralization by 2060".Bored cast-in-place piles are widely used in construction because of their good bearing capacity.However,the commonly used mud wall protection and hole forming process will cause a large amount of waste mud.The mud treatment process will not only pollute the environment,but also cause a large amount of energy consumption and increase the carbon emission during construction.Combined with the formation conditions,the construction technology of long steel casing dry boring is applied.After comprehensive evaluation,it is found that this construction method has obvious advantages in energy saving and emission reduction.
