摘 要:针对马氏体不锈钢的强度和塑性难以同时提升的问题,提出引入TiC纳米粒子达到细化不锈钢基体晶粒的目的。通过非自耗真空电弧炉制备了颗粒含量为0.25wt%的纳米TiC增强的马氏体不锈钢,并与铸态基体不锈钢对比,结果表明:TiC纳米粒子增强钢原奥氏体晶粒平均尺寸从234.4μm降低到62.9μm,主要分布范围从50~350μm集中为20~100μm。热处理后,TiC纳米粒子增强钢由细化的板条和板条间亚微米级的胞状残余奥氏体组成,增强钢的抗拉强度提高23.31%,显微硬度提高7.12%,并且伸长率提高99%,实现了对基体钢强度、硬度和塑性的同时提升。To solve the problems that the strength and plasticity of martensitic stainless steel are difficult to improve simultaneously,TiC nano-particles are introduced to refine the grains of stainless steel matrix.Martensitic stainless steel reinforced by TiC nano-particles with particles content of 0.25wt%was prepared by non-consumable vacuum electric arc furnace,and compared with as-cast stainless steel.The results show that the average size of retained austenite grains of TiC nano-particle reinforced steel decreases from 234.4μm to 62.9μm,and the main distribution range is from 50-350μm to 20-100μm.After heat treatment,TiC nano-particles reinforced steel is composed of refined laths and sub-micron cellular retained austenite between laths,the tensile strength of the reinforced steel is increased by 23.31%,the microhardness increases by 7.12%,and the elongation increases by 99%,which improve the strength,hardness and plasticity of matrix steel simultaneously.
