摘  要:以某钢厂CSP产线生产的Q&P980热轧钢板为实验对象,通过热模拟实验机进行Q&P处理,采用XRD、SEM、电子万能拉伸实验机等手段进行组织与性能表征。结果表明:淬火温度升高,实验钢的残余奥氏体(RA)含量和伸长率均呈先上升后下降的趋势,抗拉强度逐渐降低,二次马氏体(M_(2))逐渐增加;贝氏体转变量随着淬火温度升高而增加;配分温度升高,实验钢的残奥含量和伸长率均先上升后下降,抗拉强度降低,二次马氏体增加;实验钢淬火至345℃并在420℃配分时,残奥含量、伸长率、抗拉强度和强塑积分别为14.20%、22.74%、1150 MPa和26.15 GPa·%,性能最优。Q&P980 hot-rolled steel plate produced by CSP process from an iron and steel enterprise was used as the experimental object for Q&P treatment by thermal simulation testing machine.The microstructure and mechanical properties were characterized by XRD,SEM and electronic universal tensile testing machine.The results show that the bainite transformation increases when the quenching temperature is increased,with the increase of quenching temperature,the volume fraction of retained austenite(RA)and total elongation first increase and then decrease,the tensile strength gradually decrease,and the volume fraction of secondary martensite(M_(2))gradually increase.With the increase of partitioning temperature,the volume fraction of RA first increases and then decreases,the tensile strength gradually decreases,and the volume fraction of M2 gradually increases.The excellent mechanical properties are obtained when the quenching temperature is 345℃ and the partitioning temperature is 420℃.Correspondingly,the volume fraction of RA,total elongation,tensile strength and product of tensile strength and ductility are 14.20%,22.74%,1150 MPa and 26.15 GPa·%,respectively.
