摘 要:利用坩埚式电阻炉制备了Mg-3Zn-xCa-ySr合金(x=0、0.1、0.3,y=0.1、0.3),采用光学显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)研究了Ca元素和Sr元素对Mg-3Zn合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:向Mg-3Zn-0.1Sr合金加入微量Ca时合金组织有小幅细化,大幅提高了合金力学性能;Ca元素含量达到0.3%时,合金出现Mg_(2)Ca相,连续分布在晶界上,对屈服强度影响不大,小幅降低了合金抗拉强度和塑性。在Ca含量为0.1%时,随着Sr含量的增加,合金晶粒细化,第二相增多,在晶界上生成新相Mg_(17)Sr_(2),抑制了细晶强化的效果,使合金屈服强度和抗拉强度变化不大,但塑性显著提升,此时合金综合性能最优。Mg-3Zn-xCa-ySr alloy(x=0,0.1,0.3,y=0.1,0.3)was prepared by crucible resistance furnace.The effects of Ca and Sr addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-3Zn alloy were investigated by OM,XRD and SEM.The results show that the microstructure of Mg-3Zn-0.1Sr alloy is slightly refined and the mechanical properties of the alloy greatly improve when a small amount of Ca is added.When the content of Ca reaches 0.3%,the second phase Mg_(2)Ca appears in the alloy,which is continuously distributed on the grain boundary,has little effect on the yield strength,and slightly reduces the tensile strength and plasticity of the alloy.When the Ca content is 0.1%,with the increase of Sr content,the grain of the alloy is refined and the second phase increases,and a new phase Mg_(17)Sr_(2)is formed on the grain boundary,which inhibits the effect of fine grain strengthening,and makes the yield strength and tensile strength of the alloy change little,but the plasticity significantly improves.At this time,the comprehensive properties of the alloy are best.
