摘 要:热处理是调整钛合金组织及性能的重要手段之一。对Ti62A钛合金进行了910~940℃/2 h、AC的热处理试验,对试样分别进行室温力学性能检测和金相组织观察,研究了不同热处理制度对Ti62A钛合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高,Ti62A合金的冲击功呈现升高趋势,冲击功由26J提高到34 J,提高比较明显,而抗拉强度变化不大,屈强差略有缩小。试样经940℃/2 h、AC热处理后,其显微组织由球状初生α相和片层状次生相组成,这种组织有利于提高材料的冲击功。因此,对Ti62A合金进行940℃/2 h、AC热处理后,合金的强度和冲击韧性可以达到良好的匹配。Heat treatment is one of the important means to adjust the microstructure and properties of titanium alloy.The Ti62A titanium alloy was tested for heat treatment at 910-940℃/2 h and AC.The mechanical properties of the samples were measured at room temperature and the microstructure was observed.The effects of different heat treatment systems on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti62A titanium alloy were studied.The results show that the impact work of Ti62A alloy increases with the increase of heat treatment temperature,and the impact work increases from 26 J to 34 J,the improvement is obvious.The change of tensile strength is small,and the bending strength difference is slightly reduced.After heat treatment at 940℃/2 h,the microstructure of the specimen consists of spherical primary α phase and lamellar secondary phase.This kind of microstructure is beneficial to improve the impact work of the material.Therefore,the strength and impact toughness of the alloy can be well matched after 940℃/2 h,AC heat treatment.
