摘  要:通过水热法和液相化学刻蚀法分别制备氧化锌纳米颗粒(ZnO NPS)和二维层状碳化钛(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)),采用静电自组装技术得到不同质量比的碳化钛/氧化锌(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/Zn O)复合材料,通过丝网印刷得到气敏传感膜,并研究了其气敏特性。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对合成材料进行了结构表征。结果表明,Zn O NPs均匀分布在具有二维手风琴状的Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)表面并穿插在层间。在复合材料对乙醇、丙酮、甲醇、甲醛、甲苯等5种典型的挥发性有机物(VOCs)气体的检测中,发现其对乙醇气体表现出优异的传感性能。在最佳工作温度(250℃)下,样品M/ZNPS1(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)质量分数为6.25%)对体积分数为0.01%的乙醇灵敏度(R_(a)/R_(g)=11.27)比纯Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)(R_(a)/R_(g)=1.28)高约8.8倍,且具有出色的响应/恢复时间(4 s/8 s)和优异的选择性、长期稳定性。着重从载流子在电极间的输运行为角度对Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/Zn O复合材料的气敏机理进行了讨论,该材料对低浓度乙醇气体的检测有着潜在的应用前景。Zinc oxide nanoparticles(ZnO NPs)and two‐dimensional layered titanium carbide(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x))were synthesized via hydrothermal method and liquid phase chemical etching,respectively.Titanium carbide/zinc oxide(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/ZnO)compos‐ites with varying mass ratios were prepared using electrostatic self‐assembly technology.Gas‐sensitive sensing films were fabricated through screen printing and their gas sensitive properties were studied.The composite structure was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that ZnO NPs were uni‐formly distributed on the surface of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) with a two‐dimensional accordion shape and interspersed between layers.In the detection of five typical VOCs gases including ethanol,acetone,methanol,formaldehyde,and toluene,the composite exhib‐ited excellent sensing performance towards ethanol gas.At an optimal operating temperature of 250℃,M/ZNPS1(with a Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) mass fraction of 6.25%)displayed a sensitivity(R_(a)/R_(g)=11.27)to ethanol at a volume fraction of 0.01%,which was 8.8 times higher than that of pure Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) alone(R_(a)/R_(g)=1.28).Furthermore,it demonstrated exceptional response/recovery time characteristics(4 s/8 s),as well as remarkable selectivity and long‐term stability.The gas‐sensitive mechanism of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/ZnO composites was discussed from the point of view of carrier transport between electrodes,which had a potential application prospect for low concentration ethanol gas.
