摘 要:探究了利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测水稻中噁嗪草酮残留的方法。水稻样品采用QuEChERS法处理后,经超高效液相色谱柱分离,基质匹配标准曲线外标法定量。结果表明:方法线性相关系数>0.999;在添加水平0.002~1.0 mg/kg时,噁嗪草酮的回收率为81%~95%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~9.8%,在水稻样品中的定量限为0.002 mg/kg。方法线性关系良好,操作简单,准确高效,适用于水稻样品中噁嗪草酮农药残留的快速筛查和定量检测。A method for the determination of oxaziclomefone residues in rices was developed by UPLC-MS/MS.The analytes were purified by QuEChERS,and quantified by an external standard method.The results indicated that the correlation coefficients of the method were more than 0.999.The recoveries of oxaziclomefone were 81%-95%at the adding level of 0.002-1.0 mg/kg,the relative standard deviations ranged from 1.1%to 9.8%,and the limit of quantitation in rices was 0.002 mg/kg.The method was suitable for rapid screening and quantitative analysis of oxaziclomefone in rices with convenient,high precision and efficient.
