摘 要:采用自制的阻燃抗熔滴母粒与聚酰胺6(PA 6)切片共混,通过熔融纺丝-拉伸-变形一步法制备阻燃抗熔滴PA 6膨体长丝,重点研究母粒含量对纤维阻燃抗熔滴性能的影响,并对纤维形貌、力学性能、热收缩性能和结晶性能进行表征。结果表明:阻燃抗熔滴PA 6膨体长丝单纤维直径约50μm,截面为弧边三角形,随着母粒含量的增加,纤维的变形蓬松效果变差;随着母粒含量的增加,阻燃抗熔滴PA 6膨体长丝的极限氧指数(LOI)增加,母粒质量分数为7.5%时纤维LOI达29%,母粒质量分数为10.0%时纤维LOI达33%,且抗熔滴性好;随着母粒含量的增加,阻燃抗熔滴PA 6膨体长丝的断裂强度变化不大,约2.60 cN/dtex,母粒质量分数为7.5%时纤维综合力学性能最好;随着母粒含量的增加,阻燃抗熔滴PA 6膨体长丝的沸水收缩率降低,玻璃化转变温度、熔程先降低后升高,熔融峰顶温度、熔融热焓、结晶度先升高后降低;综合考虑纤维的阻燃抗熔滴性及力学性能,同时兼顾纤维的蓬松性,制备阻燃抗熔滴PA 6膨体长丝时添加阻燃抗熔滴母粒质量分数为7.5%较合适。By blending self-made flame retardant anti-droplet masterbatch with polyamide 6(PA 6)chips,flame retardant anti-droplet PA 6 bulky filament was prepared by melt spinning-drawing-texturing one-step method.The effect of masterbatch content on the flame retardant and anti-droplet properties of fibers was emphatically studied.And the fiber morphology,mechanical properties,thermal shrinkage performance and crystallization behavior were characterized.The results showed that the flame retardant anti-droplet PA 6 bulk filament had a single fiber diameter of about 50μm and a cross-section of an arc-shaped triangle,and the texturing and fluffiness effect of the fiber deteriorated as the content of the masterbatch increased;the limit oxygen index(LOI)of flame-retardant anti-droplet PA 6 bulky filament increased with the increase of masterbatch content,the fiber LOI reached 29%when the masterbatch mass fraction was 7.5%,and the fiber LOI reached 33%and the anti-droplet performance was good when the masterbatch mass fraction was 10.0%;the breaking strength of flame-retardant anti-droplet PA 6 bulk filament was stable at about 2.60 cN/dtex without much change with the increase of masterbatch content,and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the fiber were optimized when the masterbatch mass fraction was 7.5%;the boiling water shrinkage of flame-retardant anti-droplet PA 6 bulk filament decreased,the glass transition temperature and melting range first decreased and then increased,and the melting peak temperature,melting enthalpy and crystallinity first increased and then decreased with the increase of masterbatch content;and taking into account the flame retardant and anti-droplet properties as well as the mechanical properties of the fibers,while also considering the fluffiness of the fibers,the mass fraction of flame-retardant anti-droplet masterbatch should appropriately be 7.5%for preparing flame-retardant anti-droplet PA 6 bulk filament.
