摘  要:以相对黏度2.52的尼龙66切片为原料,以相对黏度2.75的阻燃母粒为改性剂,采用在线添加方式将阻燃母粒与尼龙66切片共混并熔融纺丝,制备83 dtex/24 f阻燃尼龙66纤维,分析了阻燃母粒的有效成分,着重研究了阻燃母粒添加量及纺丝温度对纤维阻燃性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:阻燃母粒的基体为尼龙66,有效阻燃成分为氮和磷;随着阻燃母粒添加量的增加,纤维的极限氧指数(LOI)提高,但添加阻燃母粒质量分数大于5%后,LOI提升幅度不大,且可纺性变差;随着纺丝温度的提高,纤维断裂强度先增后降,在纺丝温度285℃时断裂强度达到最大;在添加阻燃母粒质量分数5%、纺丝温度285℃、纺丝速度3200 m/min、拉伸倍数2.7的较佳工艺条件下,制备的83 dtex/24 f阻燃尼龙66纤维具有良好的阻燃性能和力学性能,断裂强度为4.16 cN/dtex,LOI为32.3%。Using nylon 66 chip with a relative viscosity of 2.52 as raw material and flame retardant masterbatch with a relative viscosity of 2.75 as a modifier,83 dtex/24 f flame retardant nylon 66 fiber was prepared by blending and melt spinning the flame retardant masterbatch with nylon 66 chip through online addition.The active constitute of flame retardant masterbatch was analyzed.The effects of flame retardant masterbatch addition and spinning temperature on the flame retardant and mechanical properties of the fiber were emphatically studied.The results showed that the flame retardant masterbatch contained the active constitute of phosphoras and nitrogen with nylon 66 as the matrix;the limit oxygen index(LOI)of the fiber increased with the addition of flame retardant masterbatch,however,the LOI did not increase significantly and the spinnability became poor when the mass fraction of flame retardant masterbatch was higher than 5%;the fiber breaking strength first increased and then decreased with the elevation of spinning temperature and reached its maximum at a spinning temperature of 285℃;and the 83 dtex/24 f flame retardant nylon 66 fiber prepared had good flame retardance and mechanical properties,with a breaking strength of 4.16 cN/dtex and a LOI of 32.3%,under the optimal process conditions of 5%flame retardant masterbatch by mass fraction,spinning temperature of 285℃,spinning speed of 3200 m/min and draw ratio of 2.7.
