摘  要:对1#2150连铸5#扇形段辊子旋转异常原因进行了分析,通过扇形段解体检查,确定了板坯划伤是由于5#扇形段外弧第6、第7根辊子不转造成。通过分析得出,辊子不转的主要原因是芯轴断裂造成,而芯轴断裂的原因是由轴承损坏造成的结论。通过对轴承损坏原因进行分析,指出了润滑、冷却、安装和离线维修、使用和维护、设计受力等方面存在的问题。最后,提出了在线点检、周期走辊缝测量仪、辊子修复、辊子组装和对中、试用新辊型扇形段等建议。This article analyzes the reasons for the abnormal rotation of the rollers in the 5#sector section of the 1#2150 continuous casting.Through disassembly inspection of the sector section,it is determined that the scratches on the slab are caused by the 6th and 7th rollers of the outer arc of the 5#sector section not rotating.Through analysis,it is concluded that the main reason for the roller not rotating is due to the fracture of the core shaft,which is caused by bearing damage.By analyzing the causes of bearing damage,problems in lubrication,cooling,installation and offline maintenance,use and maintenance,and design stress were pointed out.Finally,suggestions were put forward for online inspection,periodic roller gap measuring instrument,roller repair,roller assembly and alignment,and trial use of new roller shaped sector segments.
