摘 要:铊作为毒性仅次于甲基汞的重金属,自2010年,出现多起流域性水环境污染事件,国家出台了一些列规范性管制文件,制定了大气、水体和土壤的环境质量标准。本文重点对国家针对铊的环境风险管理思路和内容进行解读,分析涉铊工艺和产污环节,结合规范对隐患排查和污染防治进行梳理,理清重金属铊污染的相关内容。Thallium is a heavy metal whose toxicity is second only to methylmercury.Since 2010,there have been many water environment pollution incidents in river basins.The government has issued a series of normative control documents and formulated environmental quality standards for the atmosphere,water and soil.This article focuses on interpreting the national environmental risk management ideas and content for thallium,analyzing thallium-related processes and pollution-producing links,sorting out potential pollution investigation and pollution prevention and control in conjunction with regulations,which could help clarify the relevant content of thallium pollution.
