摘 要:研究沥青质的聚集性质对于石油的开采、储运和加工具有重要意义。选取4种典型渣油A~D并提取其沥青质,采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)进行评价,建立聚苯乙烯标准曲线并通过分子量的变化情况定量化研究沥青质的聚集行为。结果表明:质量浓度是影响沥青质聚集行为的重要因素,且在相同质量浓度下沥青质较渣油的聚集程度更加明显,而对于几乎不含沥青质的轻质馏分油来说分子量则与质量浓度关联不大;4种渣油及沥青质的分子量及分子量分布情况差异较大,根据质量浓度与分子量的变化率评估沥青质的聚集程度,4种沥青质的聚集顺序为:D>C>A>B。It is of great significance to study the aggregation property of asphaltene for petroleum exploitation,storage,transportation and processing.Four typical residual oil A~D and their asphaltene were evaluated by gel permeation chromatography.The standard curve of polystyrene was established,and the aggregation behavior of asphaltene was studied quantitatively by the change of molecular weight.The results showed that mass concentration was an important factor affecting the aggregation behavior of asphaltene,and the aggregation degree of asphaltene was more obvious than that of residual oil at same mass concentration,while the molecular weight of light oil with almost no asphaltene had little correlation with the mass concentration.The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the four residual oil and their asphaltene were very different.According to the change rate of molecular weight with mass concentration,the aggregation degree of the asphaltene was evaluated,and the aggregation order of the four asphaltene was:D > C > A > B.
