摘 要:目的解决无机磷酸盐复合涂层本身润滑与腐蚀防护功能不可兼具的制备技术难题。方法采用多层复合结构的设计理念,设计制备润滑与腐蚀防护兼具的功能一体化复合涂层。对多层复合涂层的组成和显微结构,以及力学性能、摩擦学性能和腐蚀防护性能进行分析和研究。结果多层复合涂层底层与基体结合良好,涂层整体界面结合良好且较致密,未出现界面分层和破裂等现象;高温摩擦磨损试验表明,随着试验环境温度的升高,摩擦因数和磨损率均增大,但是增大幅度不显著。在室温至600℃的宽温域范围内其平均摩擦因数均在0.2以下,磨损率在10×10^(-5)mm^(3)/(N·m)以下。经500h的中性盐雾试验后,复合涂层表面未出现气泡、裂纹、锈蚀点。结论多层复合涂层在室温至600℃范围内具有优异的润滑性能和耐磨性能,多层复合涂层具有良好的耐腐蚀防护性能。The phosphate bonded solid composite coating due to its good high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance is widely used in surface protection technology,especially in the field of high technology in some special environment conditions of aerospace and civil industries under the condition of moving parts.It is urgent and important to prepare phosphate bonded solid composite coating integrating lubrication and corrosion protection functions,but at the same time,the phosphate bonded solid coating technology realizing both lubrication and corrosion protection is rarely reported.The structural characteristics of the inorganic phosphate determine that the inorganic phosphate composite coating generally has poor flexibility and poor corrosion protection performance.However,recent studies have shown that inorganic phosphate coating containing aluminum powder shows excellent corrosion resistance,but it does not have lubrication performance.While,inorganic phosphate coating containing solid lubricant shows excellent lubrication performance,but its corrosion resistance is very poor.To solve the technical problem of both friction and wear performance and corrosion resistance of inorganic phosphate composite coating,a functional integrated material was designed and prepared through the design concept of multilayer composite structure in which sacrificial inorganic aluminum phosphate coating as the bottom layer mainly plays the corrosion protection role,pure phosphate resin as the intermediate layer isolates the shield and improves the interface binding strength and MoS_(2) base lubrication function coating as the surface layer mainly contributes to lubrication and wear resistance.The basic mechanical properties,tribology and corrosion protection performance of the coating were evaluated by roughness test,marking test,paint film impactor test,friction and wear test and neutral salt spray test,and the microstructure and abrasion morphology of the coating were observed by scanning electron microscope.The test results sh
