摘  要:目的旋耕刀是重要的农机土壤部件,“表硬芯韧”是制造高性能旋耕刀的关键。尝试利用电弧热喷涂方法在旋耕刀表面直接制备含硬质碳化钨(WC)的合金涂层,以提高其综合力学性能。方法以旋耕刀常用制造材料65Mn为基材,以含WC的合金材料为电极丝材,搭建电弧喷涂实验平台,开展三因素两水平工艺实验。重点探讨喷涂电压、送丝速度、扫描速度对涂层制备的影响。结果所制备的涂层表面光滑、平整,无宏观裂纹或可见缺陷。在喷涂电压30V、送丝速度40mm/s、扫描速度30mm/s时,电弧热喷涂的涂层沉积速率为174.7g/min,其平均硬度可达HRC51,表面粗糙度Ra为2.366μm。扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)等测试结果表明,WC合金涂层具有典型的层状结构,结构均匀致密,涂层与基体之间形成了良好的机械结合。结论在基础工艺研究基础上,成功制备了表面含有硬质WC合金涂层的旋耕刀样件,进一步验证了工艺可行性,为高性能旋耕刀制备提供了新的思路和方法。The rotary tiller blade plays a pivotal role as a crucial component of agricultural machinery."Hard surface with a tough core"is the key to manufacturing high-performance rotary tiller blades.This work attempted to employ arc spraying to directly prepare alloy coatings containing hard tungsten carbide(WC)on the surface of rotary tiller blades to improve their comprehensive mechanical properties.65Mn,a commonly used manufacturing material for rotary tillers,was used as the substrate,and alloy materials containing WC particles were used as electrode wires.The experimental platform for arc spraying was established.The experimental platform included an arc spraying device(CMD-AS400),a 6-axis robotic arm(Yaskawa DX100),and an air compression system.In the experiment,the air pressure was set to 0.6 MPa and the distance from the nozzle to the workpiece was set to 150 mm.To investigate the effects of key factors such as spray voltage,wire feed speed,and scanning speed on the coating preparation process,three factor two level factorial experiments were designed.Among them,the high level of spray voltage was 40 V,and the low level was 20 V;The high level of wire feed rate was 50 mm/s,and the low level was 30 mm/s;The high level of scanning speed was 40 mm/s,and the low level was 20 mm/s.The experimental results showed that when the spray voltage was 30 V,the wire feed speed was 40 mm/s,and the scanning speed was 30 mm/s,the deposition rate was as high as 174.7 g/min,and the average hardness could reach HRC51.Furthermore,test results such as scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS)indicated that the alloy coating had a typical layered structure,with a uniform and dense structure,and a good mechanical bonding between the coating and the substrate cross section.The surface of the prepared coating was smooth and flat,without macroscopic cracks or visible defects.Based on the optimized process parameters,a rotary tiller blade sample with a hard alloy coating was successfully prepared on the surface
