摘  要:针对某钢铁厂40000 m^(3)/h深冷内压缩流程制氧机组立式低温泵迷宫密封故障率高的问题,从设备检修和运行操作两个维度,分析了影响低温泵迷宫密封稳定运行的因素。通过建立模型、理论计算、模拟流场量化了检修标准,明确了运行负荷控制范围,从而延长了低温泵迷宫式密封在线使用寿命,提高了其运行稳定性。Aiming at the problem of high failure rate of vertical cryogenic pump laby⁃rinth seal of oxygen generation unit of the 40000 m^(3)/h deep-cooling internal compression process in an iron and steel plant,the factors affecting the stable operation of cryogenic pump labyrinth seal are analyzed from the aspects of equipment maintenance and operation.Through modeling,theoretical calculations,and simulation of the flow field,the overhaul cri⁃teria were quantified in detail,and the operating load control range was clarified,so as to extend the online service life of the labyrinth seal of the cryogenic pump and improving its operational stability.
