摘  要:某制氧厂由于地处新疆北部,冬季环境温度极低,极易造成制氧机组冻堵。为解决该问题,对机组容易冻堵的薄弱点、系统关键部位以及机组停运后可能存在的冻堵隐患进行了梳理,有针对性地制定了一系列防冻措施,有效缓解了冻堵的问题,保证了机组冬季的安全稳定运行。An oxygen plant is located in the northern part of Xinjiang,where the ambi⁃ent temperature is extremely low in winter,which is very easy to cause freezing and block⁃ing of the oxygen generator unit.In order to solve the problem,the weak points of the unit which are easy to be frozen and blocked,the key parts of the system and the hidden dan⁃gers of freezing and blocking which may exist after the unit is shut down were sorted out,and a series of anti-freezing measures were formulated,which effectively alleviated the prob⁃lem of freezing and blocking and ensured the safe and stable operation of the unit in winter.
