摘  要:某燃机热电联产电厂采用电加热水罐对除盐水进行加热,此方式耗电量大,效果不好。针对该问题,设计了一种高效低阻折流杆换热器,提出一种利用循环水低温余热加热除盐水代替电加热的新工艺,并进行了工程示范。对该换热器共轭传热进行了数值模拟研究来优化设计,数值模拟结果表明新型折流杆换热器结构在压降、总传热系数之间取得了良好平衡,且在低雷诺数下能维持较高的总传热系数,适应变负荷运行要求。对示范工程进行了低负荷测试,测试结果与模拟值吻合,验证了换热器在低雷诺数时具有良好的换热性能,克服了常规折流杆换热器的通病。A CHP plant utilizes electrically heated water tanks to heat demineralized water,which consumes large amounts of electricity and is ineffective.To address this problem,a high-efficiency low-resistance baffle rod heat exchanger was designed,and a new process of utilizing low-temperature waste heat of circulating water to heat demineralized water instead of electric heat⁃ing was proposed and demonstrated in engineering application.Numerical simulation of the heat ex⁃changer conjugate heat transfer was carried out to optimize the design,and the numerical simulation results show that the new baffle rod heat exchanger structure has achieved a good balance between the pressure drop and the total heat transfer coefficient,and it can maintain a higher total heat trans⁃fer coefficient at low Reynolds number,which is adaptable to the requirements of variable load op⁃eration.Low-load test was carried out in the demonstration project,and the test results matched the simulated values,which verified that the heat exchanger has good heat transfer performance at low Reynolds number and overcame the common problems of conventional baffle rod heat exchanger.
