摘  要:为提升厚板产线中轧钢与剪切精整区域间的协同能力,湛江钢铁4200 mm厚板厂策划实施了冷床区域操作室合并技改项目,期望借此机会进一步提升其自动化水平。在此背景下,提出了一种面向工艺的自动化水平提升改造方案,根据工艺和控制要求对冷床区域进行智能化分段,实际运用后取得了较好效果。In order to improve the synergy between the rolling and shear finishing areas of the plate production line,Zhanjiang Steel's 4200 mm thick plate plant planned and implemented a project to consolidate the operation rooms in the cooling bed area,and expects to take this opportu⁃nity to further improve its automation level.In this context,a process-oriented automation level up⁃grading and transformation program is proposed to carry out intelligent segmentation of the cooling bed area according to the process and control requirements,and better results have been obtained af⁃ter practical application.
