摘 要:烧结作为铁前最主要的工序之一,余热资源丰富,能耗水平提升空间大。在总结了超高料层烧结技术、热风烧结技术、烟气循环技术等烧结主要节能技术的基础上,针对烧结机运行现状和存在问题,实施超高料层改造,增设热风烧结,将液密封环冷机改造为转臂式环冷机,将落地式余热锅炉改造为直联炉罩式余热锅炉,对主排风机进行变频改造。改造后大幅提升了能源利用效率,使工序能耗达到国内先进水平。Sintering,as one of the most important processes before iron making,is rich in waste heat resources,and there is much room for reducing energy consumption.On the basis of summarizing the main energy-saving technologies of sintering,such as ultra-high bed sintering technology,hot-air sintering technology and flue gas circulation technology,in view of the current operation status and the problems of the sintering machine,the company has implemented ultra-high bed modification,added hot-air sintering,modified the liquid-sealed circular cooler into a rotary-arm type circular cooler,modified a floor-standing type of waste heat boiler into a direct-connected hood type of waste heat boiler,and carried out frequency conversion modification on the main exhaust fan.The renovation has significantly improved the efficiency of energy utilization,so that the energy consumption of the process has reached the domestic advanced level.
