摘　　要：2024年为中德建立全方位战略伙伴关系10周年,中德两国各领域合作不断巩固和深化,中德产业链、供应链深度互嵌,两国市场高度依存。德国甜菜糖业历史悠久,其甜菜种植和甜菜糖业技术处于世界前列,德国作为我国甜菜种子和甜菜制糖机械、设备主要进口国,对我国甜菜糖业具有重要影响。本文围绕甜菜生产、制糖工业、食糖供需、糖业机构等方面研究分析德国糖业发展情况,探讨影响糖业发展的因素和发展经验,以期为我国糖业发展提供借鉴与参考。In 2024,it marks the 10th anniversary of the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Germany.Cooperation in various fields between the two countries continues to consolidate and deepen,and the industrial and supply chains of China and Germany are deeply intertwined.The markets of the two countries are highly dependent.With a long history,and Germany's sugar beet cultivation and sugar beet industry technology are rank among the top in the world.As a major importer of sugar beet seeds,machinery,and equipment in China,Germany has a significant impact on China's sugar beet industry.This article focuses on sugar beet production,sugar industry,sugar supply and demand,and sugar industry institutions to study and analyze the development of Germany's sugar industry,explore the factors that affect the development of the sugar industry and the experiences,in order to provide reference and guidance for the development of China's sugar industry.
