摘 要:为实现资源再利用,将废弃羊毛水刺制成的非织造材料预处理后,通过微米级和亚微米级两级开纤处理,制备废弃羊毛基功能非织造材料。探究处理体系固液比、开纤温度、还原时间及pH值对羊毛非织造材料原纤结构单元剥离程度和稳定性的影响。结果表明:羊毛结构单元的开纤量随开纤温度、还原时间和pH值的升高而增加,随固液比的提高而降低,羊毛非织造材料的结构稳定性随开纤量的提高而降低。经试验得出最佳微米级开纤工艺参数为固液比1.5∶50、温度50℃,最佳亚微米级开纤工艺参数为温度75℃、还原时间2.5 h、pH值10。In order to realize the reuse of resources,the waste wool-based functional nonwovens were prepared by micron-level and submicron-level two-stage splitting treatment after pretreatment.The effects of solid-liquid ratio,splitting temperature,reduction time and pH value on the stripping degree and stability of fibril structural units of wool nonwovens were investigated.The results showed that the splitting amount of wool structural unit increased with the increase of splitting temperature,reduction time and pH value,and decreased with the increase of solid-liquid ratio.The structural stability of wool nonwovens decreased with the increase of splitting amount.Through experiments,the results showed that the optimum micron-level splitting process parameters were solid-liquid ratio at 1.5∶50,temperature at 50℃,the optimum submicron-level splitting process parameters were temperature at 75℃,reduction time at 2.5 h,and pH value at 10.
