自拟柴胡桂枝汤联合董氏奇穴治疗纤维肌痛综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟柴胡桂枝汤联合董氏奇穴治疗纤维肌痛综合征(FMS)的临床疗效。方法选取2022年1-12月在该院就诊的60例FMS患者为研究对象,治疗组(30例)采用自拟柴胡桂枝汤联合董氏奇穴治疗,对照组(30例)采用西药度洛西汀进行治疗,并分别于治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后及随访2周后,比较两组纤维肌痛严重程度评分(FS)、修订版纤维肌痛症影响问卷(FIQR)评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果治疗2周后,两组疼痛VAS评分、治疗组HAMD评分较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组FS、FIQR、HAMA评分及对照组HAMD评分较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组FS评分于治疗4周时下降更明显(P<0.05),而HAMA于随访2周时仍持续维持较低水平(P<0.05)。结论自拟柴胡桂枝汤联合董氏奇穴可治疗FMS,不仅能缓解疼痛,改善患者病情,而且能更早或更持久地改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with DONG’s extra points in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with FMS who were admitted to this hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.The treatment group(30 cases)was treated with self-made Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with Dongshi Qi point,the control group(30 cases)was treated with western drug Duloxetine.The two groups were followed up for the first 2 weeks,then after 4 weeks,and 2 weeks after the end of treatment.FS、FIQR、VAS、HAMA and HAMD were compared between two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the average VAS scores of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the HAMD scores of patients in the control group were significantly lower compared with before treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the average FS、FIQR、HAMA and HAMD scores of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The FS score was lower in the treatment group at 4 weeks compared with the control group(P<0.01).The HAMA scales of the treatment group were lower after the treatment at 2 weeks after the end of treatment compared to the control group.Conclusion ChaihuGuizhi Decoction combined with DONG’s extra points can not only effectively relieve patients pain and improve their condition,but also improve patients’depressive and anxious moods in an effective and lasting way.
