超声下监测不孕症妇女口服定坤丹对子宫内膜影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探究超声下监测不孕症妇女口服定坤丹的对子宫内膜的影响。方法:选择2021年6月至2023年12月兴国县妇幼保健院收治的不孕症患者80例,按随机数字表法分2组,各40例。对照组口服枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊,观察组于此基础上口服定坤丹,并联合超声监测子宫内膜,均于治疗3个疗程后评估。比较两组治疗效果、子宫内膜容受性、性激素水平、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组治疗前子宫内膜容受性、性激素水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度较对照组高,血流阻力指数(RI)、血流搏动指数(PI)、卵巢体积、黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))均较对照组低,卵泡雌激素(FSH)较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声下监测不孕症妇女口服定坤丹效果显著,可改善子宫内膜容受性,调节性激素水平,且安全可靠。Objective:To explore the effect of oral dingkundan on endometrium in infertile women under ultrasound monitoring.Methods:80 patients with infertility admitted to Xingguo maternal and child health hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was given clomiphene citrate capsules orally,and the observation group was given dingkundan on this basis,combined with ultrasound monitoring of the endometrium,which were evaluated after 3 courses of treatment.The treatment effect,endometrial receptivity,sex hormone levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in endometrial receptivity and sex hormone levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the blood flow resistance index(RI),blood flow pulsatility index(PI),ovarian volume,luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))were lower than those of the control group,and the follicle estrogen(FSH)was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:the effect of oral dingkundan in infertile women monitored by ultrasound is significant,which can improve endometrial receptivity,regulate sex hormone levels,and is safe and reliable.
