镍钛记忆合金环抱器手术治疗多发性肋骨骨折及连枷胸的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:镍钛记忆合金环抱器手术治疗多发性肋骨骨折及连枷胸的临床研究。方法:择取2021年4月—2023年4月期间60例多发性肋骨骨折及连枷胸患者的患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分组,设为对照组和研究组每组30例,对照组实施保守疗法,研究组实施镍钛记忆合金环抱器手术,对2组患者疼痛程度、住院时间、并发症发生率进行对比。结果:两组术后24h视觉模拟评分(VAS)未见明显差异(P>0.05),观察组术后48hVAS评分、术后72hVAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组止痛药使用量、住院时间、呼吸机使用时间均较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:对于多发肋骨骨折和连枷胸病人,使用镍钛记忆合金环抱器进行手术,可以缓解术后的疼痛,还能减轻止痛药使用量,缩短患者治疗周期,进而降低术后并发症发生的风险,值得推广。Objective:Clinical study on surgical treatment of multiple rib fractures and flail chest with nickel titanium memory alloy embracing fixator.Methods:Sixty patients with multiple rib fractures and flail chest were selected as the study subjects from April 2021 to April 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received conservative treatment,while the study group received nickel titanium memory alloy embracing fixator surgery.The pain level,length of hospital stay,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:There was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)between the two groups at 24 hours after surgery(P>0.05),while the observation group had lower VAS scores at 48 hours and 72 hours after surgery compared to the control group(P<0.05).The amount of painkillers used,length of hospital stay,and duration of ventilator use in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with multiple rib fractures and flail chest,the use of nickel titanium memory alloy embracing fixators for surgery can alleviate postoperative pain,reduce the amount of painkillers used,shorten the treatment cycle,and thereby reduce the risk of postoperative complications.It is worth promoting.
