摘 要:以红白、大正、昭和、浅黄、黄金、古黄金6种不同体色锦鲤自交和红白♀×福瑞鲤2号♂杂交子代为研究对象,通过PIT电子芯片标记后同池饲养,分别对7组6、8、10月龄鲤的生长与形态性状进行了分析。结果表明,杂交群体的生长速度最快,而大正锦鲤群体最慢。浅黄、大正锦鲤群体的全长、体高、头长与其他鲤差异显著(P<0.05)。大正吻长/头长、眼径/头长、眼间距/头长、体厚/头长与杂交群体的差异极显著(P<0.01)。指出,杂交群体在生长、形态上为最佳,而浅黄、大正群体须进一步改良品种。提出,鱼类的生长性状是水产养殖业中衡量一个群体是否是优良的重要指标,生长速度快的品种,能够带来更高的经济效益,杂交子代可以作为遗传性状稳定、生长速度快的一类优良品种,进行推广和选育。In this study,the growth and morphological traits of seven groups of 6-,8-and 10-month-old common carp(Cyprinus carpio)were analyzed.The seven groups included self-crossing of six various body colors of koi,namely Kohaku,Taisho,Showa,Asagi,golden and old golden,and the progeny of Kohaku♀×FFRC No.2♂crosses cultured in the same ponds after being marked with PIT tags.The results showed that the hybrid group had the fastest growth rate,while the Taisho group was the slowest.There were significant differences(P<0.05)between the indices of total length,body size and head length of the Asagi,Taisho groups and the other carps.The differences between the Taisho and the hybrid in terms of mouth length/head length,eye diameter/head length,eye distance/head length and body thickness/head length were highly significant(P<0.01).It was found that the hybrid population performed best in terms of growth and morphology,while the Asagi and Taisho populations need further breeding improvements.It is suggested that growth characteristics of fish is an important indicator of whether a population is suitable for aquaculture,and that species with a fast growth rate can bring higher economic benefits,and the hybrid progeny can be promoted and selected as a class of good varieties with stable genetic characteristics and a fast growth rate.
