摘　　要：开展了洛河水系黄河雅罗鱼人工繁殖试验,比较了受精卵脱黏组与未脱黏组的孵化效果。结果表明,受精卵经13~14 d孵化后陆续出苗,2组共获得水花1100尾左右,孵化率低于10%;经5个月培育,苗种平均体长5.78 cm,平均体质量65.69 g。指出,野生黄河雅罗鱼可以通过人工驯养在池塘内正常生长,性腺发育成熟经人工催产孵化后,其苗种也可在池塘内正常生长。提出,在今后繁殖试验开展前,可采取优化饲料营养成分配比等措施,来加快亲本生长发育速度,催产时适度增加催产剂剂量,提高亲鱼的成熟度和产卵量。The artificial propagation experiment of Leuciscus chuanchicus in Luohe River system was carried out,and the hatching effect of fertilized eggs in the debonding group and the non-debonding group was compared.The results showed that fertilized eggs emerged one after another after 13-14 d incubation,and about 1100 splashes were obtained in the two groups,and the incubation rate was less than 10%.After five months of cultivation,the average body length and weight of the seedlings were 5.78 cm and 65.69 g.It is pointed out that the wild Leuciscus chuanchicus can grow normally in the pond through artificial domestication,and its gonads are mature,and its fry can also grow normally in the pond after artificial spawning and hatching.It is suggested that before the breeding experiment in the future,the growth and development of parents can be accelerated by optimizing the proportion of feed nutrients,and the dosage of oxytocin can be appropriately increased during oxytocin to improve the maturity and egg production of parent fish.
