刺参池塘生态调控养殖技术研究

摘  要:开展了刺参池塘生态调控养殖试验。在刺参养殖池中移植川蔓藻和藻钩虾,混养日本对虾和梭鱼,与单养刺参池塘的水质指标和生物指标进行了对比。结果表明,在参池中引入植物和饵料生物,可有效降低池塘底层水温,提高池塘水体的溶解氧含量,推迟刺参夏眠时间,增加刺参生长时间,其单产有明显提高。引入的日本对虾、梭鱼,有效利用了参池闲置空间,增加了参池的附加产值。指出,刺参池塘生态调控养殖水产品的产量和价值以及水质指标,均优于单养刺参池塘。提出,刺参养殖,应构建多层次的健康生态系统,充分利用参池空间。In this research,an ecologically regulated experiment were conducted in a sea cucumber(Stichopus japonicas)culture pond by introducing widgeon grass(Ruppia maritima),Amphithoe japonica,Kuruma prawn(Penaeus japonicus)and redeye mullet(Liza haematocheila).In the pond,environmental and biological parameters were monitored and compared to the common culture pond.The results showed that bottom water temperature decreased effectively,dissolved oxygen increased obviously,and unit production of sea cucumber was of significant improvement in the ecologically regulated pond.In the other hand,additional output value increased strikingly because of the harvest of introduced Penaeus japonicus and Liza haematocheila,which effectively utilized idle space of the pond.This experiment indicated that healthy multi-level ecosystem should be built,and idle space ought to be used fully in the Stichopus japonicas culture.
