摘  要:高校辅导员是高校开展思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,其职业认同水平的高低直接关系着高校思想政治教育质量以及大学生的成长成才。在现实生活中,受各种因素影响,部分辅导员存在职业认同感不高、职业规划不清晰等情况。文章以问卷调查和访谈相结合的方式,全面了解并分析辅导员的职业认同情况,并建议学校和相关部门从以下几个方面提升高校辅导员的职业认同感:营造风清气正的工作环境及良好的人文关怀氛围,出台制度保障辅导员切身利益,明确辅导员的工作职责,开展针对性的业务培训。College counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education in universities,and their level of professional identity directly affects the quality of ideological and political education in universities and the growth and development of college students.In real life,influenced by various factors,some counselors have a low sense of professional identity and unclear career planning.The article comprehensively understands and analyzes the professional identity of counselors through a combination of questionnaire surveys and interviews,and suggests that schools and relevant departments enhance the professional identity of college counselors from the following aspects:creating a clean and upright work environment and a good humanistic care atmosphere,introducing systems to protect the personal interests of counselors,clarifying the job responsibilities of counselors,and conducting targeted business training.
