专科联盟在凉山地区烧伤救治网络建设中的应用

摘　　要：近年来,构建医疗联盟是医改的重点之一,对推动优质医疗资源下沉和优化分级诊疗有着巨大的意义。本研究介绍了凉山州第一人民医院跨区域组建烧伤救治专科联盟的初步探索,主要包括联盟建设背景、建设目标、总体架构、工作方式及建设特色,以期能为全国区域内烧伤专科联盟的建设提供一些思路。In recent years,the construction of medical alliance is one of the key focuses of healthcare reform,which is of great significance for promoting the downward distributionof high-quality medical resources and optimizing hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.This paper introduces the preliminary exploration of the cross-regional establishment of a burn treatment specialist alliance in the First People’s Hospital of Liangshan Prefecture,which mainly includes the background,objectives,overall structure,working methods,and characteristics of the alliance,in order to provide some ideas for the construction of the national burn specialist alliance.
