政治极化背景下美国共和党的“内斗”新态势

摘　　要：近年来,随着内部政治生态的演变,美国共和党的“内斗”态势愈加显著,并愈益撕裂着该党的聚合力。从形式来看,共和党的“内斗”主要表现在派系之间的相互角力、“楔子议题”的争论不休和外交政策的分歧加剧。内部的相互角力不断消耗共和党与民主党相抗衡的政治底气和资本,并以一种自内向外的方式逐步将该党推向分裂。共和党如此分化的局面是政党极化加剧、基层选民“部落化”以及特朗普个人争议属性等主客观因素交互作用的结果。从影响来看,共和党的内部分化不仅将对2024年的美国总统选举产生一定的影响,而且也将对其未来权力结构、发展方向和美国国内政治生态的转型带来不可忽视的影响。Since 2009,with the evolution of the internal political ecology,the"infighting"trend of the Republican Party in the United States has become more and more significant,and the cohesion of the party is increasingly torn apart.In terms of form,the"infighting"of the Republican Party is mainly manifested in the tussles between factions,the"wedge issues"debate and the exacerbation of foreign policy differences.The internal tussles continue to drain the Republicans'political strength and capital against the Democrats,and in an inside-out manner,gradually push the party toward fragmentation.The fragmentation of the Republican Party is the result of the interaction of subjective and objective factors,such as increased party polarization,the tribalization of the base voters,and Trump's controversial personal nature.From the perspective of impact,the internal differentiation of the Republican Party will not only have a certain impact on the US presidential election in 2024,but also bring a non-negligible impact on its future power structure,development direction and the transformation of domestic political ecology in the United States.
