摘　　要：高校图书馆公共文化体系建设涉及图书馆与师生、社区之间的互动与融合,不仅影响着高校内部的文化传承与学术氛围,还关系到高校与社会之间的互动与共生。阐述了高校图书馆公共文化体系建设现状以及国内外高校图书馆公共文化体系建设的先进经验,分析了高校图书馆公共文化体系建设存在的不足,并提出了对策建议,以拓展高校图书馆的服务功能和社会影响力。The construction of the public cultural system in university libraries involves the interaction and integration between libraries,teachers,students,and communities.It not only affects the cultural inheritance and academic atmosphere within universities,but also relates to the interaction and symbiosis between universities and society.This paper elaborates on the current situation of public cultural system construction in university libraries and the advanced experience of public cultural system construction in domestic and foreign university libraries.It analyzes the shortcomings of public cultural system construction in university libraries and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to expand the service function and social influence of university libraries.
