摘　　要：阐述了生成式人工智能AIGC与LDA主题分析模型在智慧图书馆文本挖掘和知识服务中的应用,创新性地将二者相结合,旨在揭示其在智慧图书馆环境中的应用前景;分析了济南市图书馆大众点评网读者UGC数据,将济南市图书馆读者评论数据进行了文本清洗和词频统计等预处理,随后利用LDA模型对处理过的数据执行了主题建模,识别并分析了数据中的潜在主题,并通过ROSTCM6可视化软件进行了社会网络和语义网络等可视化分析,然后将潜在主题和高频词作为语料投喂训练过的大语言模型(LLM)为读者提供精准的知识服务输出;指出AIGC和LDA主题分析模型相结合在智慧图书馆知识服务中的应用场景可以实现对大规模图书资源的智能化管理和分析,将图书馆的文献信息资源、用户行为数据和用户偏好信息结合数据治理等技术手段,通过AI大语言模型进行训练后可向读者提供定制化的知识解决方案,并为图书馆的决策提供依据;通过实证研究,最后对AIGC在智慧图书馆建设中的应用场景及在文本挖掘中的挑战和未来发展方向进行了探讨。This paper expounds the application of generative AIGC and LDA subject analysis models in text mining and knowledge service of smart library,and makes innovative combination of the two for the purpose of revealing their application prospects in the smart library environment;analyzes the UGC data of readers in Dianping website of Ji’nan Library,preprocesses the review data of readers in Ji’nan Library,such as text cleaning and word frequency statistics,and then carries out theme modeling on the processed data by using LDA model and identifies and analyzes the potential themes in the data,and analyzes social networks and semantic networks by using ROSTCM6 visualization software,and then feeds the potential topics and high-frequency words as corpus to the trained large language model(LLM)to provide accurate knowledge service output for readers;points out that the application scenario of the combination of AIGC and LDA subject analysis model in the knowledge service of smart library can realize the intelligent management and analysis of large-scale book resources,and the library literature information resources,user behavior data and user preference information combined with data governance and other technical means,through AI large language model training can provide readers with customized knowledge solutions,and provide a basis for library decision-making;and finally,discusses the application scenarios of AIGC in the construction of smart library and the challenges and future development directions in text mining through the empirical research.
