摘　　要：随着全球化竞争的日益激烈,企业竞争情报平台在智慧决策中扮演着至关重要的角色。为解决大数据时代企业竞争情报平台建设的难题,以情报感知为线索,结合企业竞争要素,设计并开发了竞争情报平台,该平台突破传统响应模式,为竞争情报平台开发提供了新参考,以期助力企业完善竞争情报工作,制定有效竞争战略和管理决策;通过运用爬虫技术捕获了海量文档,应用LDA模型对文本进行了深入主题分析,发挥了情报感知理论和先进的情报刻画技术在企业竞争情报平台建设中的重要作用。With the increasingly fierce global competition,enterprise’s competitive intelligence platform plays a crucial role in intelligent decision-making.In order to solve the problems in the construction of enterprise’s competitive intelligence platform in the era of big data,taking intelligence perception as the clue and combining with enterprise’s competition factors,this paper designs and develops a competitive intelligence platform,which breaks through the traditional response mode and provides a new reference for the development of competitive intelligence platform,aiming to help enterprises to improve competitive intelligence work and make effective competitive strategies and management decisions;and by using crawler technology captures massive documents and by applying LDA model conducts in-depth topic analysis of the text,which play an important role in the construction of enterprise’s competitive intelligence platform.
