锻炼积极体验与老年人手机成瘾交叉滞后研究

摘　　要：对江西省、湖南省、贵州省和重庆市等省市859名平均年龄67.50岁的老年人,进行为期6个月的调查,研究锻炼积极体验与手机成瘾之间的相互关系与预测关系.研究结果表明:锻炼积极体验与手机成瘾两变量在时间和性别上差异不显著;锻炼积极体验与手机成瘾之间呈显著负相关关系;前测的锻炼积极体验能显著负向预测后测手机成瘾;前测的手机成瘾对后测的锻炼积极体验的预测作用显著.老年人的锻炼积极体验与手机成瘾行为皆具稳定性,锻炼积极体验与手机成瘾之间呈显著负相关关系.A six-month study was conducted to investigate the correlation and prediction of positive exercise experience and cell phone addiction among 859 older adults with an average age of 67.50 years in Jiangxi,Hunan,and Guizhou Provinces.The results of the study showed that:there were no significant differences between the two variables of positive exercise experience and cell phone addiction in terms of time and gender;there was a significant negative correlation between positive exercise experience and cell phone addiction;positive exercise experience in the pre-test significantly and negatively predicted cell phone addiction in the post-test;and cell phone addiction in the pre-test significantly and positively predicted positive exercise experience in the post-test.Both positive exercise experience and cell phone addiction behaviors were stable in older adults,and there was a significant negative correlation between positive exercise experience and cell phone addiction.
