摘 要:短路故障的快速切除对提高电网输电线路的输电能力和提高电力系统暂态稳定性至关重要。快速真空断路器是实现短路故障快速切除的理想选择。文中目标是设计一款新型单断口72.5 kV快速真空断路器并对其短路电流开断性能进行验证。采用具有多重悬浮屏蔽罩与轻量化技术的72.5 kV真空灭弧室用作灭弧器件,电磁斥力机构用作操动机构,一款特殊设计的油阻尼器用作速度调节器。为满足短路电流开断要求,依据阳极放电模式将分闸速度特性定量化调控为:前15 mm行程内平均分闸速度v1为5 m/s,满开距30 mm内平均分闸速度v2为1.59 m/s。经测试,开发的72.5 kV快速真空断路器的分合时间分别为(1.2±0.04)ms和(18±0.20)ms;进行了T100s(b)方式下的40 kA(rms)和80 kA(rms)的短路开断性能验证。开断结果显示,研制的72.5 kV单断口快速真空断路器满足了国标GB 1984—2014全燃弧时间窗口开断要求。Fast clearance of short-circuit fault is vital to increase the transmission capacity of transmission lines of power grid and improve the transient stability of power system.The fast vacuum circuit breaker(FVCB)is a good candidate to achieve quick clearance of short-circuit fault.The objective of this paper is to design a new type of 72.5 kV single-break FVCB and verify its short-circuit breaking performance.A specially designed 72.5 kV vacuum interrupter with floating shields and reduced mass of moving components technology is used as an arc extinguishing device,an electromagnetic repulsion mechanism is used as an operating mechanism and a specially designed oil damper is used as speed adjuster.For meeting the short-circuit current breaking requirements,the opening speed characteristics based on the anode discharge mode are quantified as the average opening speed v1 is 5 m/s in the stroke of the first 15 mm,and the average opening speed v2 is 1.59 m/s in the full clearance of 30 mm.The opening and closing time of the developed 72.5 kV fast vacuum circuit breaker is(1.2±0.04)ms and(18±0.20)ms respectively through the test;The short circuit breaking performance verification at 40 kA(rms)and 80 kA(rms)of test duty of T100s(b)is performed.The breaking result shows that the developed single-break 72.5 kV fast vacuum circuit breaker has met the breaking requirement of full arcing time interval defined in GB 1984—2014.
