摘 要:为进一步认识直流超导限流器中超导带材在直流短路电流下的超导特性及失超电阻的建立规律,对超导带材进行了直流电流冲击实验,测量了冲击电流作用下带材的失超电阻特性,得出了单位长度超导带材失超电阻与其产热量具有固定的函数关系。以此建立了长度可变的超导带材电阻及温升仿真模型,分析了超导带材发生不可逆损伤的原因,并实验验证该模型的可靠性。基于该模型,对5 kV混合型超导限流器中超导组件进行了设计,此方法对其他超导限流器的设计也具有较强的指导意义。For further understanding the superconducting characteristics of the superconducting tape and the rule of the establishment of quench resistance in the DC superconducting current limiter under the DC short circuit current,the direct current impulse experiment is performed on the superconducting tape,and the quench resistance characteristic of the tape under the action of the impulse current is measured.It is obtained that the quench resistance per unit length of the superconducting tape has a fixed functional relationship with its heat generation.Based on this,a simulation model of the resistance and temperature rise of the superconducting tape with variable length is set up,the reason for the irreversible damage of the superconducting tape is analyzed,and the reliability of the model is verified by experiments.Based on this model,the superconducting assembly in the 5 kV hybrid superconducting current limiter is designed.This method also has strong guiding significance for the design of other superconducting current limiters.
