摘  要:基于模块化多电平矩阵变换器(M3C)的柔性低频输电系统,其在远距离大容量输电、城市电网和海上风电送出等领域具有较大的应用潜力,近年来得到了广泛关注。目前对该系统启动控制策略的研究还较少,为此文中对该领域开展相关研究。首先对柔性低频输电系统结构和M3C基本原理进行研究,分析出了启动过程中将会面临的问题。然后结合全桥子模块特点为M3C设计合理的充电策略,并以双端M3C柔性低频输电系统为对象设计合理的启动逻辑,确保启动过程中低频断路器无冲击合闸并实现站间无扰动连接,同时在M3C解锁及低频电压建立过程中降低电流冲击。最后通过在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真环境下搭建仿真模型进行仿真研究,验证了所提启动控制策略的正确性和可行性。文中所提启动控制策略安全、可靠且易实现,具有较高的工程应用价值。The flexible low-frequency transmission system based on the modular multilevel matrix converter(M3C)has great application potential in the fields of long distance and large capacity transmission,urban power grid and offshore wind power transmission,and has received extensive attention in recent years.At present,the research on the startup control strategy of the flexible low-frequency transmission system based on M3C is less and,on this purpose,the relevant research in this field is performed in this paper.First,the structure of the flexible low-frequency transmission system and the basic principle of M3C are studied,and the problems to be faced in the startup process are analyzed.Then,a reasonable charging strategy is designed for M3C based on the characteristics of full bridge sub-module.And a reasonable startup logic is designed for the dual terminals M3C flexible low-frequency transmission system to ensure that the low-frequency circuit breaker can be closed without impact and the M3C stations can be connected without disturbance during the startup process.At the same time,the current impact can be reduced in the process of M3C deblocking and low-frequency voltage establishment.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the proposed startup control strategy are verified by setting up a simulation model under the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software.The startup control strategy proposed in this paper is safe,reliable and easy to implement and has high engineering application.
