摘 要:模块化多电平变换器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)作为规模化光伏直流系统常用的并网方案,其可靠运行是实现规模化光伏应用的重要前提。近年来许多研究通过优化热分布特性来提高变换器的可靠性,但目前尚缺乏以MMC为研究对象,总结分析其电热特性以及相应的优化方法的相关研究。因此文中分析了MMC的热分布特性及其影响因素,并总结了其电热优化调控方法研究的最新进展。首先,分析了MMC子模块内部和同桥臂内子模块间的热分布特性及导致其差异的原因。此后,介绍了不同MMC电热调控方法的基本原理、控制目标,并讨论了它们的优缺点。最后分析了不同改进方法的主要挑战以及未来研究方向,以期为MMC的热分布优化和可靠性提升研究提供参考。The reliable operation of Modular Multilevel Converter(MMC),as the commonly used grid connection scheme of large scale PV collection system,is the key prerequisite for achieving the applications of large-scale PV collection dc systems.In recently years,many researches have been performed to enhance reliability of MMCs by optimizing the thermal distribution.However,such related researches as taking the MMC as the research object,summary and analysis of its electrothermal characteristic and corresponding optimization method are still lacked.Therefore,the thermal distribution characteristics of MMCs and their influencing factors are analyzed in this paper,and the latest progress of the electrothermal optimization,adjustment and control methods is summarized.Firstly,the thermal distribution characteristics between the inside of the MMC sub-model and sub-model inside the same arm and the reasons for the difference are analyzed.Then,the basic principles and control objectives of different MMC electrothermal regulation methods are introduced and their pros and cons are also discussed.Finally,the main challenges of different improvement methods and research directions in the future are analyzed so as to provide a reference for the research of thermal distribution improvement and reliability enhancement of MMC.
