摘  要:C_(4)F_(7)N气体是一种代替SF6的新型电气设备环保绝缘气体。C_(4)F_(7)N气体作为绝缘气体在高压设备中使用时,与SF6设备具有类似的问题,气体的质量影响着设备的正常运行。尤其当C_(4)F_(7)N气体中水分含量超标时,极易引起设备放电降低设备绝缘性能等问题的出现。因此研发针对使用C_(4)F_(7)N气体的运维检测设备就显得尤为重要。文中主要研究可调谐激光红外吸收光谱法对C_(4)F_(7)N中微水含量的定量检测技术。研究了可调谐激光的光谱理论、谐波检测原理和水分的红外吸收特性,介绍了在C_(4)F_(7)N为背景气体的情况下对微水检测精度的影响。其次对TDLAS结构设计、硬件设计及选型进行了介绍。选用DFB激光器,设计制作光电转换模块、光源驱动模块、红外多次反射池以及电路和软件部分,研制出可调谐激光基于C_(4)F_(7)N气体中微水检测装置,去除干扰组分影响,提高微水检测精度,可检测至1μL/L的低限值。装置性能检测结果表明,满足标准要求,定量检测微水准确性高,有利于正确判断设备运行状态。C_(4)F_(7)N gas mixture is an environmentally friendly insulating alternative gas to SF6 for new electrical equipment.C_(4)F_(7)N gas mixture,in case of being used as an insulating gas in high-voltage equipment,has similar problems with SF6 equipment,and the quality of the gas mixture affects normal operation of the equipment.The C_(4)F_(7)N gas mixture,in case of moisture exceeding the limit,is likely to occur such problem as reduction of insulation performance of equipment due to discharge.It is therefore particular important to develop the operation,maintenance and detection device for the use of C_(4)F_(7)N gas mixture.In this paper,the quantitative detection technology of micro moisture content in C_(4)F_(7)N by tunable laser infrared absorption spectroscopy is mainly studied.The spectroscopy theory of the tunable laser,the principle of harmonic detection and the infrared absorption characteristics of moisture are studied,and the influence of C_(4)F_(7)N as background gas on the accuracy of micro moisture detection is introduced.Then,the TDLAS structure design,hardware design and type selection are introduced.The DFB laser is used to design and manufacture the photoelectric conversion module,the light source driving module,the infrared multiple reflection pool,the circuit as well as software parts.The micro-moisture detection device for C_(4)F_(7)N gas mixture is developed based on the tunable laser,which removes the influence of interference components,improves the accuracy of micro moisture detection and can detect a low limit down to 1μL/L.The performance results of the device show that it meets standard requirement,has high accuracy of quantitative detection of micro-moisture,and is beneficial to the correct judgment of the operating state of the equipment.
