摘 要:目的:为了建立松树皮的质量标准。方法:参考2020年版《中国药典》的质量控制方法对松树皮的质量控制进行探索研究。结果:3批松树皮的水分在7.00%~10.85%,平均值为8.70%;总灰分在2.44%~2.64%,平均值为2.53%,浸出物在30.42%~33.41%,平均值为31.90%,薄层色谱鉴别通过方法学验证,而且方法简单可行,结果准确。结论:该试验方法可以用于松树皮质量控制。In this study we established the quality standard of medicinal pine bark by referring to the quality control method provided in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition).The water content of the 3 batches of pine bark was between 7.00%and 10.85%,with an average of 8.70%;the total ash content was between 2.44%and 2.64%,with an average of 2.53%;the extracts ranged from 30.42%to 33.41%,with an average of 31.90%.The verification results showed that the TLC identification method was simple,accurate and feasible,and could be used for the quality control of medicinal pine bark.
