摘 要:航电枢纽工程既是交通基础设施,又是绿色发电基础设施,可有效支撑地方节能减排工作。然而目前针对航电枢纽建设节能降碳综合管理平台、进行碳资产开发的研究相对较少。江西信江八字嘴航电枢纽工程(以下简称工程)是交通运输部绿色智慧科技示范工程,本文聚焦工程运营期,在科学界定航电枢纽运营期节能降碳综合管理平台系统边界的基础上,提出了综合管理平台总体框架和建设时序安排。最后,针对航电枢纽开发中国核证自愿减排量的工作进行了探讨。The navigation-power junction project is both transportation infrastructure and green power generation infrastructure,which can effectively support local energy conservation and emission reduction.However,there are relatively few researches on building an integrated management platform for energy conservation and carbon reduction in navigation-power junction project and developing carbon assets.Jiangxi Xinjiang Bazizui Navigation-power Junction Project(hereinafter referred to as the project)is a green intelligent technology demonstration project of the Ministry of Transport.Focusing on the operation period of the project,this paper proposes the overall framework and construction timing arrangement of the integrated management platform for energy conservation and carbon reduction on the basis of scientifically defining the boundary of the integrated management platform system during the operation period.The works of Chinese Certified Emission Reduction(CCER)for navigation power junction project are discussed.
