摘 要:本文以废旧轮胎焚烧处理作为基准线,针对废旧轮胎的不同利用方式,分析废旧轮胎处置的碳足迹,对处置过程中产生的碳排放总量和基于基准线的降碳数量进行了核算,并以此为依据对废旧轮胎资源化利用碳排放进行定量评价。结论表明,每消耗1吨轮胎产生二氧化碳排放由多到少的过程依次为生产橡胶改性沥青、生产再生胶、轮胎翻新、热裂解,且轮胎翻新与热裂解碳减排量接近。Taking the waste tire incineration treatment as the baseline,according to the different use of waste tires,the carbon footprint of waste tire disposal was analyzed,the total carbon emissions generated in the process and the amount of carbon reduction based on the baseline were calculated based on the quantitative evaluation of waste tire recycling carbon emissions.The conclusion shows that every 1 ton of tire consumption produces carbon dioxide emissions from more to less for the production of rubber modified asphalt,production of recycled rubber,tire refurbishment,thermal cracking,and tire refurbishment and thermal cracking carbon emission reduction is close.
