摘  要:聚α-烯烃(PAO)是一类广泛应用的合成基础润滑油,具有相对较高的粘度指数、在低温下性能相对更优、热氧化安定性相对更好、低挥发性、剪切安定性好等优点。随着高尖端产业的迅猛发展,比如航空航天和新能源等,以及节约能源和保护环境的条件逐渐高提升,对高品质的商业润滑油的需求增加,原本III类油等的原料和生产过程本身所受到的限制,这些产品的性能很难满足在某些极端苛刻条件下的润滑情况。但PAO拥有更优的化学性能,例如:粘温性能、低温流动性、氧化安定性、抗辐射等性能等。从而可以延长换油周期、减少排放、降低发动机磨损、且在极端温度下的良好流动性等,受到了越来越多的关注和使用。本文综述了PAO的合成方法,包括AlCl_(3)催化剂、BF_(3)催化剂、离子液体、Ziegler-Natta催化剂和茂金属催化剂等技术路线。Poly-α-olefin(PAO)is a kind of widely used synthetic base lubricating oil,which has the advantages of high viscosity index,excellent low temperature performance,good thermal oxidation stability,low volatility and good shear stability.With the rapid development of high-tech industries,such as aerospace and new energy,as well as the gradual improvement of energy conservation and environmental protection conditions,the demand for high-quality commercial lubricants has increased,the original III types of oil and other raw materials and production process itself is limited,the performance of these products is difficult to meet some extremely harsh conditions of lubrication.However,PAO has better chemical properties,such as viscosity and temperature,low temperature fluidity,oxidation stability,and radiation resistance,and thus can extend the oil change cycle,reduce emissions,reduce engine wear,and good fluidity at extreme temperatures,etc.,has received more and more attention and use.The synthesis methods of PAO were reviewed,including AlCl_(3)catalyst,BF_(3)catalyst,ionic liquid,Ziegler-Natta catalyst and metallocene catalyst.
