摘 要:为对比不同提取法对水稻土中重金属的提取效果,分别用HCl、CaCl_(2)和EDTA提取-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)分析测定九龙江流域水稻土中重金属的含量。结果表明:不同提取法所得到的水稻土中重金属的提取量、提取率和污染评价结果均具有较大差异。不同提取法对水稻土中7种重金属的提取量和提取率大小顺序均为HCl>EDTA>CaCl_(2)。不同提取法得出的水稻土中重金属的污染评价结果存在较大差异,亟需确定一种用于研究水稻土中重金属赋存形态的标准方法。In order to compare the extraction effects of different extraction methods on heavy metals in paddy soils,the contents of heavy metals in paddy soils in the Jiulong River basin were extracted with HCl,CaCl_(2) and EDTA,respectively,and determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results showed that the extraction contents,extraction rates and pollution evaluation results of heavy metals in paddy soil obtained by different extraction methods were significantly different.The extraction contents and extraction rates of the seven heavy metals in paddy soils obtained by different extraction methods were in the order of HCl>EDTA>CaCl_(2).The contamination evaluation results of heavy metals in paddy soils obtained by different extraction methods differed greatly,and there is an urgent need to determine a standard method for studying the speciation of heavy metals in paddy soils.
