摘  要:首先列举分析了国内外常见水露点监测设备的优缺点,同时结合TDLAS技术优势进行改进,自主研发了基于TDLAS技术的海底管道输送天然气水露点在线实时监检测系统,该系统能实时在线监测CO_(2)、H_(2)S、CH_(4)、H_(2)O含量及水露点值,并且通过与海上平台取样检测结果相比较,误差在3%范围之内。该系统为海洋石油平台天然气管线的腐蚀评估评价工作以及保障海底管道安全运行提供了一种新的“解题”思路及技术方式。Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of common water dew point monitoring equipment at home and abroad were listed and analyzed.At the same time,improvements were made based on the advantages of TDLAS technology,and an online real-time monitoring and detection system for natural gas water dew point in submarine pipeline transportation was independently developed based on TDLAS technology.The system can monitor CO_(2),H_(2)S,CH_(4),H_(2)O content and water dew point values in real-time online,and the error is within 3%compared with the sampling and detection results of offshore platforms.The system provides a new“problem solving”idea and technical method for corrosion assessment and evaluation of natural gas pipelines on offshore oil platform and for ensuring the safe operation of submarine pipelines.
