摘 要:某水电机组空气冷却器B10铜镍合金管发生腐蚀穿孔泄漏,采用宏观观察、成分分析、硬度试验、金相检验、扫描电镜、能谱及X射线衍射仪对其失效原因进行了分析。结果表明:合金管腐蚀点内壁有丘状泥垢堆积,泥垢主要由Cu_(2)O和Cu_(2)(CO_(3))(OH)_(2)组成,腐蚀点母材基体出现选择性脱镍腐蚀,形成多孔冰糖状晶间腐蚀形貌,腐蚀向四周不断扩展,产生大量沿晶微裂纹,晶粒逐渐脱落,直至管壁出现穿孔泄漏。建议使用时加强水质控制并定期清洗管束,适当调整介质流速避免出现泥垢沉积。The B10 Cu-Ni alloy tube of the hydro-power generating unit s air cooler suffered corrosion perforation and leakage.Inspection methods such as macroscopic observation,composition analysis,hardness test,metallographic inspection,scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy spectrum and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were implemented to analyze the failure reason.The results showed that there was a mound-like mud deposit on the inner wall of the corrosion point of the alloy tube,which was mainly consist of Cu_(2)O and Cu_(2)(CO_(3))(OH)_(2).The parent metal of the corrosion point occurred selective nickel removal corrosion,thus forming a porous crystal sugar intergranular corrosion morphology.The corrosion continued to expand to the surroundings,resulting in a large number of intergranular cracks.Finally,the grains gradually fall off until the pipe wall appears perforated and leaked.It was recommended to strengthen water quality control and regularly clean the tube bundle at run time,and appropriately adjust the medium flow rate to avoid mud deposits.
