摘 要:当前,传统隐私保护技术难以有效解决数字化平台数据安全共享与信息回溯等问题,区块链具有非对称加密、分布式记账、不可篡改、信息可追溯等特点,成为解决上述问题的突破口,可满足数字化平台日益增长的数据隐私保护要求。考虑到政府监管因素,本文构建了数字化平台与用户双方隐私保护行为策略的演化博弈模型,深入剖析双方最优策略选择的演化博弈过程及影响因素,并通过数值仿真实验对理论模型进行了验证。研究结果表明:隐私保护博弈双方最优策略的选择与隐私保护总成本、平台使用区块链获得的额外收益、用户附加收益、用户价值收益、隐私泄露总损失以及平台的隐私损失承担系数、用户信任水平与政府惩罚力度等均密切相关。本研究为研究人员、平台企业及政府的隐私保护决策提供了理论参考。The digital platform provides a free and open online service space for people to communicate and share information.However,due to the contradiction between privacy disclosure and privacy security,the privacy of users is severely challenged in the process of mining user information.If personal privacy is leaked,it will cause immeasurable damage and inconvenience to the users,and the platform will also suffer reputation loss and economic losses.It is difficult for traditional technologies to effectively solve the problems of data security sharing and information backtracking on digital platforms.Blockchain has the characteristics of asymmetric encryption,distributed ledger,immutable,and information traceability,which can meet the growing requirements of data privacy protection on digital platform.Therefore,the transformation from the digital platform with traditional model to the platform model driven by blockchain technology will be a breakthrough to solve the contradiction between the frequent privacy disclosure incidents and the continuous awakening of people’s privacy awareness.This paper uses evolutionary game theory to consider digital platforms and users separately with regarding digital platform operators and user groups as two game decision-making subjects.Meanwhile,taking into account government regulation factors and the assumption of evolutionary game bounded rationality,the paper constructs the privacy protection behavior policy models of the platform and users in the blockchain environment and the traditional environment respectively,analyzes the dynamic evolution process of the optimal choice of the privacy protection behavior strategy of the two parties.In addition,Matlab software is used to conduct numerical simulation experiments in order to explore the optimal decision-making strategy selection of the digital platform and users’respective privacy protection behaviors.The key findings of this paper show that the choice of the optimal strategy of the two parties in the privacy protection game i
