摘　　要：就业育人是促进毕业生高质量充分就业的有效途径,是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要内容。本文从深入学习贯彻落实习近平总书记关于促进高质量充分就业的重要讲话精神出发,对升级就业创业工作体系提出建议,并提出学职一体化发展理念,积极探索就业育人的新方向与新路径。Employment education is an effective way to promote high-quality and full employment for graduates,and is an important part of implementing the fundamental task of moral education in universities.Beijing University of Chemical Technology implements the decisions and deployments of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on the employment of university graduates,adheres to the concept of integrated academic and vocational development,establishes and improves the employment and entrepreneurship work system,actively explores new directions and paths for employment education,and regards promoting high-quality and full employment of graduates as an important topic of"what can BUCT do for education powerhouse."
