摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在对国内外互联网建设作出正确把握的基础上,发表了一系列关于新时代网络强国建设的重要论述,形成了习近平总书记关于网络强国的重要思想。习近平总书记关于网络强国的重要思想,科学回答了网信事业发展的一系列重大理论和实践问题,把党对网信工作的规律性认识提升到全新高度,是新时代新征程引领网信事业高质量发展、建设网络强国的行动指南。深入贯彻习近平总书记关于网络强国的重要思想的实践要求有:加强党对网信工作的集中统一领导,不断提高“两个维护”的能力和水平;做强做优做大数字经济,突破核心技术难关;建设中国特色先进网络文化;筑牢网络信息空间的安全防线;携手构建网络空间命运共同体。Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,on the basis of making a correct grasp of the Internet construction at home and abroad,General Secretary XI Jinping has published a series of important statements on the construction of network power in the new era,forming General Secretary XI Jinping’s important thoughts on network power,which have scientifically answered a series of major theoretical and practical questions on the development of the network and information technology cause,raised the Party’s understanding of the regularity of the network and information technology work to a new height,and are the action guide for leading the high-quality development of the network and information technology cause and building a network power in the new era and the new journey.The practical requirements for in-depth implementation of General Secretary XI Jinping’s important thoughts on network power are:strengthening the Party’s centralized and unified leadership of Internet and information work,and constantly improving the ability and level of“the Two Upholds”;making the digital economy stronger,better and bigger,and breaking through difficulties in core technologies;building an advanced network culture with Chinese characteristics;building a strong security line of network information space;working together to build a community of shared future in cyberspace.
