摘　　要：作风问题贯穿领导干部干事创业的始终,关系事业兴衰成败。好的作风出战斗力、出凝聚力,不良作风就会造成工作软弱涣散,贻误发展。干部作风是人民群众观察评价党风的晴雨表。作风问题本质上是党性问题,优良作风是赢得民心的重要保证。只有作风过硬,才能使理论武装彰显出强大的实践力量,才能使素质能力确保正确的外化方向。新时代的领导干部,必须带头弘扬和传承党的优良作风,永葆党的先进性、纯洁性,为党和人民事业发展提供重要保证。The problem of style runs through the leading cadres and officers to start a business,which is related to the success or failure of the cause.Good style can show combat effectiveness and accumulate cohesion,while bad style will cause weak and lax work and delay development.The style of cadres is a barometer for the masses to observe and evaluate the Party style.The problem of style is essentially a problem of Party spirit,and fine style is an important guarantee to win the people’s hearts.Only if the style of work is excellent,can the theoretical armament show a strong practical force,and can the quality and ability ensure the correct direction of externalization.Leading cadres in the new era must take the lead in carrying forward and inheriting the Party’s fine style of work,maintaining the Party’s advanced nature and purity forever,and provide an important guarantee for the development of the cause of the Party and the people.
